Join us on June 16th for a workshop session facilitated by Hillary McBride + Yoga + Lunch by Habit Project + gift bags from Refinery House (*real* beauty experts). In this workshop, Hillary will share about her journey towards loving her body, and her whole self, through recovery from disordered eating, becoming a therapist, and her research into body image and embodiment. She will present her own research and information about how to heal our relationships with our bodies, and provide practical skills to change the way we feel about our bodies from the inside out. Come for some yoga, innovative and important information, delicious eats, and deep conversation. Together we will move, think, talk, and feel our way towards being in-body.

Part of the cost of this workshop may be covered by your extended health plan. If you have extended health benefits in BC, check to see if they cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Hillary will issue a receipt to registered participants in the amount of $75 that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Not all insurance covers RCCs, so if you have questions, make sure to contact your insurance provider.
