Terms & Conditions: Brow Giveaway
Appointment Requirement
- The winner must book an appointment for all services. Walk-ins are not accepted for the giveaway prize.
- Appointments are only available during regular business hours and are subject to staff availability.
- The winner must schedule an appointment in advance by calling 604-799-3463 or using our online booking system, based on availability.
Limited Access and Availability
- Services can only be redeemed when staff is available. Please note that availability may vary depending on schedules, holidays, and other factors.
- If the staff is unavailable on your preferred date, alternative dates or times will be offered.
Appointment Duration
- Brow and lash appointments may take varied lengths of time depending on the service. Please be aware that some services may require a longer session or multiple visits.
Subject to Change
- All services are subject to change based on availability and staff schedules. We will notify the winner of any changes in advance, but services or procedures may occasionally be altered based on circumstances.
Non-transferable
- The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Valid for One Year
- The winner can redeem free brow and lash services for 12 months starting from the date of their first appointment. Any services not used within this time frame will be forfeited.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
- The winner is required to give 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the service for that appointment.
Conduct and Behavior
- Winner agrees to act respectfully towards staff and other clients. Disrespectful behavior or violation of salon policies may result in the disqualification of the prize and future appointments.
